Do you build sites in French for Quebec?
No — we build in English. If you sell into Quebec, be aware that Quebec's language law requires businesses to make their website available in French, and it applies even to businesses based outside the province. Worth checking where you stand before you build anything, with us or anyone else.
Should I use a .ca domain or a .com?
Either works, and we'll register whichever you want as part of the subscription. A .ca signals to a Canadian customer that you're local; a .com is the safer choice if you sell across the border too. Plenty of businesses hold both and point one at the other.
Are you based in Canada?
No — we work remotely with businesses across Canada. Everything happens over a call and WhatsApp, and you deal directly with the person building your site rather than an account manager passing messages along.
Will I be billed in Canadian dollars?
